Orders will not be shipped until after 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time of the next business day (Monday to Friday) following the day you placed your order, excluding holidays and weekends.

Change of day is considered to occur at midnight (12:00AM) Eastern Standard Time.

All order shipments are subject to product availability and complete customer order, billing and shipping information being received by iSkin. Shipments are also subject to change depending stock availability, weather restrictions or natural disasters.

Upon processing and billing completion, orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping times only apply from the date and time that the order was shipped. Shipping times do not include customs delays.

Orders purchased with the PayPal eCheck payment option may be delayed by up to nine (9) business days while PayPal clears the transaction. This is beyond iSkin's control.

Our shipping carriers are UPS, Canada Post and USPS (United States Postal Service).

U.S. & Canada Shipping

Orders to U.S. & Canada will be shipped out via Standard/Ground and or Express Services.

Standard/Ground Shipping Service (3-7 Business days) only applies to Continental US and Canada.

Orders destined for remote areas of Canada and U.S. may be subject to additional shipping surcharges and will be billed to customer.

US orders may be subject to import duties and taxes at port of entry. It is the customer's responsibility to incur this cost.

International Shipping

All orders to international locations will be shipped out via Express Services.

Cancellations will only be accepted if a request is received before 12 midnight EST (Eastern Standard Time) on the day your order was placed.

After 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time, a cancellation request is considered to be late and is not guaranteed to be honored. iSkin is not responsible for late cancellation notices. The customer will remain liable for all purchases, shipping, handling fees and import duties, taxes and fees.

Exchanges & Refunds


If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:


  • Product must have been purchased via the online store. 
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging. Items returned for either an exchange or refund must be in their original condition and shipped back in their original packaging. They must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened. 
  • iSkin will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened iSkin product. 
  • Original sales receipt must be enclosed (photo copies accepted). 
  • Unless otherwise indicated by iSkin, product(s) MUST BE returned in it's entirety to receive a replacement or refund. 
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. 
  • RMA requests past the 30-day period will NOT be accepted. Return packages without clearly marked Order ID number if purchased from, will NOT be accepted and returned at the customer's expense. 


The product is mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA form: No return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured parcel post with tracking. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. iSkin will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Allow 30-days turn around time for an exchange or refund request to be processed. Shipping costs are not refundable. No refund will be made on the shipping portions of your order. We do not accept COD. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is sole responsibility of the customer. 

RMA Request

In order to return or exchange any item purchased from, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days upon receiving your order. You will need to provide your name, e-mail address, order ID (required) or original receipt (if purchased from a reseller), product(s) and reason(s) for return or exchange. Once you have received a reply from us, specific return instructions will be provided and must be followed. Please be sure to read and follow our return policy. USA ORDERS: Ship to USA return address. (indicated on USA RMA form)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (outside North America): Clearly mark both sides of the package, CANADIAN GOODS FOR RETURN. If labeled otherwise, we may be asked to pay import customs, in which case we will refuse and it shall be returned to you. Please ship to Canadian Return address. (indicated on the International RMA form)

CANADIAN ORDERS: Ship to Canadian Return address. (indicated on the Canadian RMA form)

BUNDLE PACKAGES: (i.e: Buy iSkin Solo, get a belt clip with the purchase): Refund or Exchanges will not be honored unless ALL ITEMS in the bundle package are returned.

Special Edition iSkin products: Special Edition iSkin products are only eligible for exchange in the event of shipping damage or manufacturing defect, in which case we shall replace the damaged or defect item while quantities last. Special Edition iSkin products are otherwise non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other iSkin products.

Final Sale

All legacy or refurbished items sold on the are FINAL SALE ONLY, and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless due to manufacturing defect(s). Please make your legacy or refurbished item purchase(s) decision accordingly, and in acceptance of these terms. In the unlikely event that your legacy or refurbished item(s) contains a manufacturers' defect, contact iSkin's Customer Service at immediately. Please include a detailed explanation of the item(s) defect/problem, along with your purchase order ID.

Damaged or Defective Products

To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it is shipped. We also fully guarantee all our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged during shipping. iSkin needs to be informed immediately upon receipt of goods. Refund may be applied provided the terms and conditions listed in our Exchange and Return policy are met.

iSkin reserves the right not to exchange or refund items that were: damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or negligence or damage resulting from the performance of repairs unauthorized by iSkin.

Price Matching

iSkin does not compete with its Distributors or Resellers by engaging in price matching. Instead, iSkin establishes an MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) on merchandise, and provides it to its Distributors and Resellers for consideration. 

Product Warranty

Limited Warranty

iSkin warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the period of 365 days unless specified. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from the authorized reseller/retailer. Your original purchase invoice, showing the date of purchase of the product from the reseller/retailer is your proof of the date of purchase. This proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues. iSkin at its option will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that iSkin determines to be defective.

To obtain warranty service during the warranty period, please contact iSkin's Customer Service at noting you are seeking warranty service as your "Reason for Return or Exchange", to receive a RMA number and information on where to ship your product. 

This warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, tampering or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials and/or workmanship including acts of God. iSkin's warranty only covers product(s) made by iSkin and does not cover third party product(s) sold by other companies. iSkin acknowledges that with normal use of products made by iSkin, the purchased product(s) will provide satisfactory performance as specified by product performance literature.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is iSkin's exclusive right. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO 365 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND ARE SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ISKIN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state, province to province, valid in the United States and Canada. Any shipping or other cost such as customs incurred costs, etc. from outside North America is the customer's responsibility.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by iSkin that can be identified by the "iSkin" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-iSkin products. This will include third party products packaged or sold with iSkin, any third party manufacturer may supply their own product warranty. iSkin shall not be responsible for any damage, including consequential damage caused by defective goods, personal injuries, property damage or consequential economic loss. iSkin does not guarantee suitability of its product for your application. Furthermore, iSkin shall not be responsible for any damage, loss of data, or otherwise caused to the device when used with this product.
