To maintain optimal cleanliness and functionality, we recommend that you wash your ProTouch Keyboard Protector bi-weekly under normal usage conditions (this can be increased to weekly if conditions require). To wash your ProTouch Keyboard Protector, simply remove it from your laptop or keyboard, and wash it with lukewarm water infused with gentle soap. Rinse the ProTouch Keyboard Protector completely, and then air dry or gently pat with a clean, lint-free towel. Please DO NOT expose the ProTouch Keyboard Protector to extreme heat (e.g. hair dryer, heating vent, heat lamp, etc.).

Please don't worry—yes, you can fix this easily. When you first remove your ProTouch Keyboard Protector from its packaging, it will have temporarily adjusted to the "shape" of the cardboard insert. Once you start using and regularly washing your ProTouch Keyboard Protector (see question #1 above), it will re-adjust its shape and will return to its original, intended flat shape.
