I placed my order via PayPal, but it doesn't show on the Order Status page. What's going on?
If you made a PayPal purchase via eCheck, PayPal holds the order until they clear the eCheck and receive payment. The time this will take varies based on the country in which your bank resides. Because we do not process your order until PayPal clears your eCheck, it will not display on the Order Status page.

If PayPal has notified you that your eCheck has cleared and the order still does not appear on the Order Status page, please contact Customer Service immediately so that we can investigate the issue.

Are the CERULEAN XLR earphones supposed to be longer on one side?
Yes, the left earphone cord is shorter than the right earphone cord. It's designed so you can loop the longer cord behind your neck or wear as normal. This modernized design helps to eliminate frustrating wires in your way.

How do I put the iSkin on my iPod?
Simply insert the iPod through the iSkin's screen opening. Don't hesitate to stretch the silicone as required; it is extremely durable material. The skin will revert immediately to its original shape. IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to perforate or cut the iSkin in any way.

Can I remove the entire RevoClip² and the pegged disc from my iSkin?
Yes, the RevoClip² is removable. It is a 2-piece mechanism made up of the clip itself and clip retainer that mounts the clip from the interior of the iSkin. The clip retainer is also removable. The RevoClip² allows for 3 options: Clip-on, Clip-free and Clip & retainer-free. To do this, first detach the RevoClip² from the mounting on the back of the iSkin. Remove your iPod from the iSkin. You will now be able separate the clip-retainer from the iSkin. Just pop it out and attach it back to the clip for safe-keeping. Insert your iPod back into the iSkin.

Yes, just follow these instructions:

Yes, but you must expose the bottom of the iPod through the iSkin’s scroll wheel opening. The flexible silicone will stretch and return to its original shape when done.

How do I clean my iSkin?
You can clean your iSkin using warm, soapy water. Lather the iSkin, rinse thoroughly, pat down extra moisture if desired and allow to air dry. Do not blow-dry or place under extreme heat.

How does the iSkin Ultra-GLO colors work?
The iSkin eVo Ultra-GLO skin tones are photoluminescent (becomes luminescent after being exposed to light). To see them in action, expose your Ultra-GLO iSkin to sunlight or any light source for a few minutes and then watch it glow in a dark place.

How long do the GLO colors glow for?
Glowing times and intensity vary on exposure times and the actual color of the iSkin. Green and blue glow the brightest and longest followed by orange, yellow and red. The iSkin Ultra-GLOs may glow up to 10 hours.

Are the colors shown on the iSkin web site exact?
It is difficult to depict the exact colors of the iSkin skin tones. Differences in monitors, calibration, platform (mac/pc) color gamma differences will make the colors appear richer or duller. The images shown on the iSkin.com web site are created to exemplify the actual colors to the best of our ability.

How can I stop lint and dust from sticking to my iSkin?
It is the nature of silicone to attract dust and lint. Although we have taken steps to reduce this effect, pocket lint, fur and small particles are difficult to prevent. It is however possible to keep your iSkin product looking its best by wiping with a damp lint-free cloth from time to time or wash with a mild dish detergent and warm water. Be sure that the iSkin is thoroughly dried before using again. Our product team is working on an effective anti-static solution and plans to include it with future iSkin products.
