Can I use the iSkin RevoClip with other non-iSkin cases?
Yes and No. It is possible to use the iSkin RevoClip with any iPod case that is 2mm or less in thickness. To install the RevoClip, you must make two holes to accommodate the RevoClip’s connector on the inside of the case. This may require piercing two 1mm holes through your case to attach the connector and clip.

Is the plastic iSkin RevoClip completely removable?
Yes. The new iSkin RevoClip that comes with the iSkin eVo, eVo2 and MINI is completely removable leaving the back of the eVo smooth and flat.

Here's how you take off the belt clip:

1) Turn the clip 90 degrees from its vertical position to expose the sliding lock

2) Push the lock-slider to the right. This will allow you to slide the whole clip downward.

3) Pop the bottom of the clip off its peg. Then rotate the entire clip 90 degrees in order to remove the top of the clip from the top peg.

4) Remove the round plastic disc from the skin.

Is the RevoClip a sports clip?
No. The RevoClip that comes with your iSkin product is designed for casual use and not intended for vigorous activity such as excercising.

Why did you switch from a metal clip to a plastic clip?
We heard reports of cases where the disc portion of the metal clip had left permanent scratches on the back of the iPod. This prompted us to abandon that clip design. The new REVOClip features a circular disc with a soft coating that both prevents scratches and keeps the REVOClip firmly in place.
