Easy! To help maintain a clean hybrid iPod nano protector — and a clean iPod nano, too — follow three simple steps:

Completely remove the iPod nano from the iSkin DuoBand protector.

Wash only the silicone protector (excluding the ViSOR) in a solution of warm water infused with mild liquid soap.

Thoroughly air dry the silicone protector before reinstalling the iPod.
To clean the armband, wipe with a damp cloth, and air dry at room temperature.
Simply use both hands to adjust the armband, from either or both sides, to the desired length. Then slide the armband (with the hybrid nano protector attached to it, of course!) to your preferred arm, and into the desired position.
The iSkin armband perfectly fits all small, medium and large sized arms with a band length of up to 15.4".

Unfortunately, the Duo for the iPod nano 3G will not be compatible with the DuoBand bracket. During testing, we found the Duo for iPod nano 3G to fit
too loosely when installed in the DuoBand. Due to this, we cannot recommend the Duo for iPod nano 3G’s use in conjunction with the DuoBand, as they are
not compatible with one another. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
