CONTEST RULES

CONTEST PERIOD

The "ULTIMATE BACK TO SCHOOL PRIZE PACK CONTEST” ("Contest") begins on August 11, 2008 ("Contest Start Date") and closes on September 15, 2008 ("Contest Close Date"). The Contest is sponsored by iSkin Inc. ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, you must be a resident of the Continental U.S.A./Canada. You are not eligible if you are an employee, representative or agent of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, or if you are a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee, representative or agent. For these Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, sister and brother regardless of where they reside.

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. To enter, fill in the online entry form with a valid email. The act of entering the “Contest” constitutes acceptance of the “Contest Rules”. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. There will be one (1) winner.

CONTEST

This contest is subject to all federal, provincial/state and municipal laws. iSkin Inc reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, modify, suspend, this contest at any time without prior notice. The information collected through the contest is the property of iSkin Inc. and remains under our strict privacy policy.

PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner. The Grand Prize Pack includes: one Apple MacBook; one iPod Touch; one Apple Wireless Mouse; one iSkin Keyboard Protector; one iSkin iTouch Case; one iSkin Mouse Protector; one Cerulean F1-TX Bluetooth Wireless Headset & one iSkin Soho Case for MacBook, with an approximate retail value of $2,500.00.

The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which iSkin may deem appropriate.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that iSkin Inc may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
